Troy Lynch's background includes over 20 years of senior management and entrepreneurial experience in high tech and services companies. As a President and CEO, he has successfully grown, sold and taken companies public.  Mr. Lynch is one of the founders of Interactive Assets and its subsidiaries. 

 

Most recently, Mr. Lynch served as President and Chief Strategy Officer of Metanet Inc. headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Metanet is a holding company focusing on investments, acquisitions, and ventures for service-related business across Asia. Mr. Lynch also served as the President and CEO of eOn Communications, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ) and global provider of Customer Relationship Management products and services.  Mr. Lynch has also held the position of Chairman, Global Liaison, and Board Member for leading global companies including A.T Kearney, Deloitte Consulting, and Convergys Asia.

 

Troy was named to the “Who’s Who in Technology” list that identifies key figures shaping the U.S. technology community and is a frequent speaker on global technology trends.  Lynch was also actively involved with major events and organizations in the U.S. and Asia such as the Federation of Asian Industries, the Asian CEO Forum, American Chamber of Commerce, and the Presidential Advisory Committee for Foreign Investment.

 

Troy holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland and a M.S. from Johns Hopkins University.

 

Tom is currently Founder and Co-Chairman of The Brain Trust, a fourteen-year-old CEO roundtable peer group where members meet monthly to seek and give counsel to each other. In his role as Chairman of The Brain Trust, he has been an advisor to over 75 CEO's of Atlanta area corporations.

 

Tom is Co-Founder of Wisie, Inc., which provides web based personal self- development video content for the entire family.  Wisie.com and its affiliated websites deliver daily inspiration, motivation, guidance, advice and wisdom to children, parents, couples and professionals.  Tom was also the Founder and CEO of Hot Glove, Inc., a sporting goods retail distribution company which developed and distributed sporting goods. 

 

Tom also was the Founder and CEO of Cramer Enterprises, Inc., a Television Direct Response Marketing Company. The company licensed new technology and executed national market launches on television through the use of Infomercials and Direct Response Commercials.   Tom was also Co-Founder and CEO of BORIS Systems.  The company developed and sold MLS database management computer software and super-mini-computer systems to Real Estate Boards and Multiple Listing Services nationally. 

 

Tom is a 4-time All American athlete and an honors graduate of Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, with a BA in Marketing.
